- The error messages in the application show some of the information but the error message is long and doesn't appear in the error toast / tile
- The user closed the error message without taking any notes or screenshot of the error
SAP BusinessObjects Cloud
SAP BusinessObjects Cloud has a tracing area that will log all errors that you experience using the product. You can check errors going to the menu:
System >> Monitor >> Trace
In the column Message, you will be able to see the complete error message.
The message cannot be copied or exported but you can copy the text using your Chrome browser contextual menu Inspect:
This will open the Web designer tools where you can see the complete message using the contextual menu Copy > OuterHTML:
