Position created is not visible

Reproducing the Issue
Created a position with an effective date in the past (01/01/2016)
On searching for this position, it doesn’t come up.
The position is ‘Active’ on exporting the position through Admin Center->Import and export data.
This is due to the rule ‘InitPos’ assigned to Position object which was used to set the position code to Automatic.
Remove the rule.
Do not set the Position code as ‘Automatic’ as this could introduce inconsistent data and it is not supported anymore.
