2344678 - Assertion Failed: permission list is empty - Spot Awards

• Assertion Failed: permission list is empty error displayed in Role Based Permissions when configuring the tool
• When the customer tries to set the permissions for Spot Awards in RBP they are receiving the following message:

 "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

• SAP SuccessFactors Spot Awards

1. Navigate to Manage Permission roles
2. Click on Manage Foundation Object types
3. Pop up "assertion failed : permission list is empty" is displayed.

Corporate Data Model might be missing or is invalid.

The first thing you need to check, via Provisioning, is if there is a valid Corporate Data Model on the affected instance:

 

If there hasn't been a Corporate Data Model imported for this instance go to the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and download the Employee Central Data Models for the latest Release:

The downloaded Corporate Data Model will need to be added to the instance using Provisioning.
