XML Tips and Tricks:

- Configure all picklists before referencing them in the Candidate Profile XML (the XML validation in Provisioning won't allow you to upload the template without a valid picklist in the system);

- Note that you cannot define default values for any fields in the Candidate Profile template

- You cannot "hide" any fields from the recruiting users - users who have access to Candidate Profiles will have a visibility of all fields

- There are no "none" permissions in the Candidate Profile template

- Use the asterisk for "all" only, when it's allowed as per the Implementation Guide. For example in the "role-name" element within field-permissions you can only define "Candidate" or "Dynamic Group" role;

- When defining the picklist for country, use only ISO standard country names (Please view the following KBA: 2220688
