Recruiting Management

Occasionally third party systems integration partners issue their own usernames and passwords. In order to facilitate seamless login with those tools, SuccessFactors Recruiting maintains the third party username and password and associates it to a BizX account.

How to grant access to the feature?

RBP: Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Manage Recruiting > Manage External User Accounts

non-RBP: Admin Center > Manage Recruiting > Administration > Manage External User Accounts

How to upload external user account details?

The .csv file contains 4 columns: USER_NAME (for the BizX username), EXTERNAL_PARTNER_CODE (third partner vendor code), PARTNER_USERNAME (third party username), PARTNER_PASSWORD (password to the thirs party vendor account).

Attached you can find a .csv file with all columns populated.

Note: If external user accounts are exported, the password will export blank. This is done for security purposes and is expected behavior. The client should keep a record of their passwords in a secure location.
