User creates a new Notification Template in the LMS and edited the template as per requirement using the New Launch Editor Tool.
But user gets an error message saying that "The Email Subject/Body is required" when trying to use the template.

The template has the Subject and Body in the New Editor Tool whereas it is blank in the old notification template:
- Do not remove the subject and body of the notification template, even if you are using the Notification editor tool.
- If you already removed it, populate it again. This is required because in the Notification Editor you might not have created a template for every locale.
- For Example:
The admin created a template for Locale English (US) using the new tool and the user you are triggering adhoc email for has the locale as English (UK), the system will not find any template for that locale to trigger.
Therefore, the application will pick the default template (Old notification template) to send email to that particular user and since it is blank, it will trigger the error.
