Partner has requested for the feasibility; if we can change settings to see history records - updated by User Name instead of updated by Employee Id?
As of now, only User Id is used and displayed for all the transactional that this is not working, the User Id is unique and unchangable. Username can be changed almost anytime. This is the reason why everything is tied with User Id.
Audit logs always update with User Id. Looks like you have employee id as User Id the UDF file.
Unless and untill this is changed, you can't see user logs by name. USER ID is not alwasy changeable.
