There is a field synced from Employee Central to Employee Profile through HRIS Sync mappings. This field is displaying Option IDs in Employee Export file, though it is correctly displaying labels of the picklist in EC.
The standard-element field has the picklist associated with it in Succession Data Model. This is the same picklist that is associated with the source Employee Central field.
Remove the picklist from the standard-element field. You can contact your Implementation Partner for it or you can contact Customer Success with filled CCOR form. This will allow the text value to sync from EC field to EP field.
Then Full HRIS Sync should be scheduled to re-sync data from EC to EP to fix the data in Employee Export file (UDF). Alternatively, you could fix this via Employee Export > Find & Replace picklist Option ID with text value > Import. This is a preferred scenario since it would avoid running Full HRIS Sync.
