2332801 - Work Schedule Changes Locked Due to Job Info References

If you try to edit or delete a specific work schedule object an error occurs

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Open Manage Data
3. Search for Work Schedule
4. Take action > make correction on any work schedule
5. Save and Error occurs ... not possible due to job information references.

Change of work schedule not possible due to job information references.

or

Deletion not possible due to job information references.

When importing data (full purge import) you get a warning message:

Please ensure that the country you have specified matches the country assigned to the company where the named employee works. Are you sure you want to proceed?

This is expected behaviour.

Whenever a Work schedule is created with a country assigned to it, it becomes a country-specific work schedule.

For edit/deletion of WorkSchedule object: changes to assigned WorkSchedules are not supported. Please create a new workschedule and assign it to Job Information (either via Mass Change or JobInfo import).
