Sharing at Publish Time

When publishing the SAP Roambi Flow Publication, the user has the option to share the document with other members of the organization. By default, the Access Level is restricted to the owner of the Publication and Notifications are turned on.

To share the document with everyone in the organization, change Access Level from "Restricted" to "Everyone".

To share the document with specific individuals within the organization, keep the Access Level as "Restricted" and use the "Add People" button to add individual users or groups from the organization.

The "Notifications" option governs whether or not users with share permissions to the document will receive notifications when the document has been published.

Remember that the sharing and notification options span an entire SAP Roambi Flow Publication. They are not specific to an individual issue.

Sharing from the Publication Manager

Similarly, after the document has been published, share permissions can be set from the Publication Manager by clicking the "i" button of the Publication.

From the Publication tab of the Info Modal, chose the "Sharing and Access" to expose the same sharing options that were available at publish time.
