Reproducing the Issue
- This error is due to SMTP server is down or due to mis-configuration in Recruiting Module.
- Pre-Day1 Feature should not Enabled in Provisioning.
Login to the BizX instance with Admin your credentials. Go to Admin Center >> Send User Welcome Email.
Select Send system message by user option if you want to send to one user.
Select the New Hire and click on send system Email to send the Welcome to Successfactor Email.
Login to the Email Account of NewHire and check for the below Email.
