The Generate Summary is disabled for few Appointments.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Activities workcenter.
2. Select Appointments view.
3. Select an Appointment and select Actions.
The action to Generate Summary is greyed out.
The Category field in Appointment is left blank.
The Category field in Appointment should be selected.
This category must also be selected in Questions under Scoping in Business Configurations.
- Go to Business Configurations workcenter.
- Select Edit Implementation Project.
- Navigate to Questions.
Ex - Select a question under Visits in Scoping.
Select corresponding Category of Appointment as Visits at Customer in Activities workcenter.
