Questionmark Account Setup required for LMS.
System Administrators may be getting an error such as the one below when trying to access Question Mark from: Reports > Questionmark > Launch Questionmark Reporter.

Reproducing the Issue
Follow the following navigation path after login as LMS admin: Reports > Questionmark > Launch Questionmark Reporter
There are three parameters which need to be updated in the question mark configuration file.
All those parameters values need to be provided by the Question Mark provider, SF Support connot provide them as they are the api/url maintained by QM:
The navigation path for the property file is: System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > QUESTIONMARK.
