User Get Error Message Please enter a Valid Contract Account Category when trying to create new contract account.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Utilites work center.
- Choose the view Business Agreement.
- Choose the button NEW and Fill out the mandatory information like Account, Agreement Name,Agreement Class, Payment Term
- Choose Save and close.
- System throw the error message Please enter a Valid Contract Account Category.
For B2C scoped scenarios, the work centers Business agreement and Service location has to de scoped for the users. These workcenters are not relevant for B2C scenarios.Please unassign both the workcenters for your user. Please use the contract accounts Workcenter for B2C scoped scenarios.
If you need to create a new contract account, please search the customer/account and navigate to the contracts facade. You can create a new contract account there. Alternatively you can also navigate to Utilities 360 facade and create contract account.
