1. To find Admin Role ID, please navigate to System Admim > Application Admin > Admin Management > Search for Admin > Edit Admin ID > Assigned Roles

2. Go to Security > Role Management > Search for Admin Role ID > Edit Role ID
3. Go to Workflows > User Management > Search for "Add Learning Event":

4. Based on your requirement you can add or remove this work flow to Enable or Disable the "Record Learning - Multiple" functionality for an Admin.
