2313907 - You are Not Able to Add the Plan Start Date and the Plan End Date in the Promotions tab of the Visit and the Account Master Data in Adaptation Mode

Symptom

You require to add the Plan Start Date and the Plan End Date in the Promotions tab of the Visit and the Account Master Data. But the fields are not available in the Adaptation Mode.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the HTML5 UI
  2. Go to the Visits work center
  3. Open any Visit XYZ (where XYZ represents the Visit)
  4. Go to the Promotions facet
  5. Select the Adapt button at the top right of the screen
  6. Select the Edit Master Layout
  7. Mouse Over the table which is just below to the Add button
  8. A new icon pops down when mouse over the table
  9. Select the + button
  10. Select the Add Fields
  11. Additional Fields window pops up

Or

  1. Login to the HTML5 UI
  2. Go to the Customers work center
  3. Open any Account ABC (where ABC represents the Account)
  4. Go to the Promotions facet
  5. Select the Adapt button at the top right of the screen
  6. Select the Edit Master Layout
  7. Mouse Over the table which is just below to the Add button
  8. A new icon pops down when mouse over the table
  9. Select the + button
  10. Select the Add Fields
  11. Additional Fields window pops up

Cause

Plan Start Date and the Plan End Date cannot be made available in the Promotions tab of the Visit and the Account.

Resolution

This is the expected system behaviour.
