User not available in "User Maintenance" in Online Report Designer

Reproducing the Issue
User Details like Name,User id, Email id,Role Name not available in User Maintenance in ORD(Online Report Designer)
User might not be having Analytics/ORD(Online Report Designer) access or user might have never accessed Analytics tab.
The user details can be configured in 2 ways:
1.) Automatic update of details of user as he/she clicks on analytics tab in the instance (RECOMMENDED)
2.) Bulk upload of user data.
1.) Automatic addition of user can be done by below way:
A bizX user has been configured with permission to Analytics in Admin Center accessing the analytics sub tab in instance will automatically create an Analytics user.
"Sf user integrated" setting needs to be configured by Customer Success so in case you are not able to see "Add new user" button then generally it means that the setting is enabled.
2.) Bulk upload of user data for a set of user who are needing analytics access.(for bulk user upload you could refer KBA '2103416' )
Please note an Analytics user should not be created via "New User" button.
In case you are facing any problem related to this then you could raise an incident to analytics and this can be taken care.
