Users are not able to upgrade Competency Library 2.0 via Upgrade Center.
SAP SuccessFactors Platform.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center -> Upgrade Centre
- Select "SuccessFactors Competency Library 2.0"
- Click "Retry Upgrade Now"
Users will receive one of the following email notifications:
Email 1 - SuccessFactors system Upgrade Action Job [UCUpgradeFeatureJob 00/00/00 00:00] status -- FAILED:
This scheduled job failed to complete. For details, please contact SuccessFactors customer support.
Email 2 - Upgrade Centre Notification: "SuccessFactors Competency Library 2.0" Upgrade Status:
The upgrade "SuccessFactors Competency Library 2.0" to your SuccessFactors system has failed.
An error has occurred while executing the action. Please contact SuccessFactors help desk for further assistance.
Please find the below steps as a workaround to upgrade competency library:
- Go to Admin Tools
- Performance Management
- Manage Competencies
- View your competency libraries
- Add New Library
- Choose from SuccessStore
- SuccessFactors Competency Library 2.1
- Add to my instance
