This article explains what are rules for the strategy pages, how it works and how to change it.
SucessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) - All Versions
All strategy pages are created based on rules. These rules define the fields/keywords/title/etc. that the jobs must contain in order to display on that page.
If a job is not appearing on a strategy page, a possible reason might be that the rule does not contain the expected values for that job, so the rules have to be reviewed.
For example, usually the rules are created based on the department/job category field, so the rule can say that all jobs where the department field is “sales” will appear on the "Sales" strategy page.
For Recruiting Management customers with Real Time Job Sync: You will define the mapping between the Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing fields on Admin Center > Setup Recruiting Marketing Job Field Mapping:
So if the rule is saying that all jobs where the "Shift" field is set to "Full-Time" should appear on the strategy page, but the job is not appearing, you can check here what is the Recruiting Management field associated to the Recruiting Marketing field "Shift", and go to the job requisition to double check if that field contains the value for "Full-Time".
For other customers: This mapping for the fields was completed during the implementation process. In case you do not remember how it was made, please create a support incident with us.
If you are facing an issue that could be caused by this, please create a support incident with us, and we will review the rules.
If there are minor changes that need to be made on the rules, the support team can complete them. For major changes, you will need to contact the Professional Services team for Recruiting Marketing.
If you would like to review all the rules for all your strategy pages, please create a support incident with us, and we will provide you this report.
