We cannot download any file from JAM (My Groups) on the mobile app.
Option to download is not present however we are able to download the content on the desktop.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to the mobile app.
2. Go to a group in JAM.
3. Go to any content
4. Try to download the file/image. There is no option to download. The powerpoint and other files just open up, but there is no way to download the file to mobile.
This is the expected behavior.
Download is not supported on the mobile app.
SuccessFactors is considering to have that feature in the roadmap, however as of now, download is not supported on the mobile app.
