- Some users have not updated information about order number

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Scheduled offering,
- Click registration tab,
- Click Advanced view button,
- Some users don't have order number associated
The issue has been caused by changing price of scheduled offering from 0 to 150 on specific date.
All users enrolled to SO before this date should pay 0 so they don't have order number associated.
Information can be checked in PH_MASTER_INV_SCHED_PRICE in database.
Change the price for affected users manually in advanced view settings of scheduled offering.
