This is a 'How To' KBA detailing the expected behaviour of Scheduled Offerings in relation to how they appear on a user's Learning Plan and also when they should cease to appear on a user's Learning Plan.
Learning Management System (LMS)
When a user is registered to a Scheduled Offering, the offering will appear in this user's Learning Plan. It will appear there until one of the following criteria are fulfilled:
- Admin records learning for the user(s) via the Record Learning Tool.
- Admin removes user(s) from Scheduled Offering.
- Admin manually removes item associated with Scheduled Offering from user(s) Assigned Items.
- The Scheduled Offering is deleted.
If one of the above criterions are met, it will cease to appear in the user's Learning Plan.
If one or more of the above criteria are met and it is still appearing in the user's Learning Plan, then this is most likely a bug and needs to be referred to Engineering for further analysis.
