How to customize the workflow notification behaviour for cancellation, e.g if a HR Admin cancels the request can both the employee and the line manager be notified?
1] The approval workflow should trigger only when employee applies leave.
In the object Time Type: define only Workflow configuration, do not define workflow in Admin workflow configuration field
2] When admin applies or cancels the leave, the Admin workflow must trigger and should directly be approved.
When you define an Admin workflow configuration you can have approval steps and CC roles.
If you cancel any request the same workflow will be used to cancel the request:
- If the employee had requested it for himself the Workflow configuration will be re-triggered (with the same approval steps as before)
- If the manager/HR had requested it for the employee then the Admin workflow configuration would trigger.
