The Online Report Designer tool allows you to build reports based on your live SuccessFactors data. You can use the full capabilities to create multi page, formatted reports with pivot tables, charts, text & images or simple lists to report on a set of fields. This tool is also used for Employee Central Advanced Reporting, with some added features specifically designed for Employee Central data.

Implementation:

Depending if you are a Customer or Partner the ORD implementation can be requested or done as follows:

For Customer

If you have a contract with a Partner simply contact the Partner to implement ORD for your instance.

For other SAP customers, simply contact the SAP Support via the SAP for Me with the below information and request Online Report Designer for your instance.

NOTE: If you have multiple implementation request, you should open 1 case per implementation request.

For Partner: You can implement ORD as described in the Online Report Designer Implementation guide or the KBA 2315700 - Online Report Designer (ORD) - Implementation tips & tricks from Support
