Resolution

If the employee is flagged, it means that he/she is violating the Hard Limit or the High/Low Action of the Guidelines (merit, lumpsum, etc), or even the threshold rule configured for your template - if you haveit configured. The letter 'S' in the Executive Review form is just a symbol to inform that specific employee is flagged.

Also, if you look at the Executive Review form, you will notice that the employees with an 'S' under the column 'Flags' in the export file, have a little flag displaying under the first column 'Flags' as well.
