2290234 - Cannot create a "Time to Fill" report - Recruiting Management

Time to Fill column does not populate in the AdHoc report.

Created and saved an adhoc report and the Time to Fill column does not populate.

There are certain settings that need to be configured in admin tools before running the report

• In order to create a report we need to define the end points for the time to fill variable. This settings will be found in admin tools --> Recruiting Management settings -->Time to fill settings
• We are only able to provide certain "action based" time * to use as * and End points in order to get the Time to fill data.
• We are able to offer some custom field to be used as time * these fields need to be created in your XML as any other field and will need to be populated by the user.
• * following fields are "Action Based". The time * will be captured when the action is happens.
• dateCreated > Date on which job requisition is created (action based date)
• approveDate > Date on which job requisition is approved (action based date)
• closeDate > Date on which job requisition is closed (action based date)
• extPostingStartDate > Date on which job requisition is externally posted (action based date)
• extPostingEndDate > Date on which external posting is removed (action based date)
• intPostingStartDate > Date on which job requisition is internally posted (action based date)
• intPostingEndDate > Date on which internal posting is removed (action based date)
• latestHoldRemovalDate > Most recent date on which job requisition was moved out of hold status (action based date)
• hiredOnDate > Date on which an applicant is hired (action based date) (the day on which application was moved to a status which is marked as HIRED under ‘Edit Applicant Status Configuration’)
• The following fields require additional configuration in order to be ready for use. They need to be configured in your XML, and they need to have the visibility and permissions configured for proper use and access. In addition those fields need to be populated manually by the operator.
• JobStartDate > It is a field which can be configured in job requisition template
• formDueDate > It is a field which can be configured in job requisition template
• actualStartDate > It is a field which can be configured in job requisition template
• applicationDate > It is a field which can be configured in application template
• reviewDate > It is a field which can be configured in application template
• availability > It is a field which can be configured in application template
• startDate > It is a field which can be configured in application template
