A report scheduled is to run everyday to a SFTP site. It current fails and gives the following error. "Encountered a problem while processing E-mail0" however there are no emails associated with this distribution.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in as Admin
- Go to Analytics >> Report Distributor
- Run the bundle throwing the related error
This is monstly because the destination FTP server is refusing our connection.
The message “No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it” is a well-known one.
An example of the internal logs:
22-Sep-2015 05:29:40 ERROR System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Most common reasons:
1.The destination IP has changed from the one configured in Analytics earlier.
2.Port 21 or 22 of the destination server is open to the internet. (FTP – port number 21 and SFTP – port 22).
3.The source server (SFSF in this case ) has to be added to the destination network's firewall.
Please consult your FTP provider as it seems all the bundle scheduled to FTP are failing nevertheless, hence it has to be due to the configuration set for FTP.
1.Crosscheck / reconfirm the IP address or URL used with your internal IT team.
2.Check the port number used for reception by your FTP server. ORD distributions can only be sent to Port 21 or to Port 22.
3.If our IP address has to be added to your whitelist, please create a support incident to obtain the IP address for the respective analytics server.
