2281778 - E-mail message sent from Ticket has unexpected Sender

Symptom

The e-mail message sent from Ticket has unexpected Sender.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service Work Center;
  2. Go to Tickets View;
  3. Open Ticket ID: XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the Ticket);
  4. Check the Sender Party;
  5. It is not the expected one.

Cause

The Sender Party is always the e-mail address from the Service Team assigned to the Ticket.

This is the expected system behaviour.
