The e-mail message sent from Ticket has unexpected Sender.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service Work Center;
- Go to Tickets View;
- Open Ticket ID: XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the Ticket);
- Check the Sender Party;
- It is not the expected one.
The Sender Party is always the e-mail address from the Service Team assigned to the Ticket.
This is the expected system behaviour.
