When trying to delete an admin account on SuccessFactors LMS, you receive a message that it is not possible because the account it is on use, as displayed on the screenshot below.

Please notice that the deletion of admin accounts in many cases are not possible.
In most cases, the records cannot be deleted due to referential integrity constraints that have been built into the application: the primary records have interacted with other records in the database which has built a chain of relationships in the database structure. Deleting records that are bound to referential integrity constraints, without addressing the appropriate trail of integrity constraints (which can be numerous), can have broad reaching negative impact on the application. For these reasons, we recommend inactivating primary records in cases where they cannot be deleted, as mentioned before.
We recommend that you lock the admin account. By locking, you ensure that the admin are not able to access the environment. To proceed on lock an admin account, you can go to the admin record (System Admin > Application Admin > Admin Management > Search for the admin), click on the Locked checkbox and then on Apply Changes button. Please review the Locked option on the screenshot below.
