Customer is receiving email notification with the following format:
"SuccessFactors system Ad Hoc Reports Export [Export Compensation Data 2/3/16 7:30 AM] status -- FAILED
This scheduled job failed to complete. For details, please contact SuccessFactors customer support."

It can have many causes for this failing, only Customer Success support can analyse the reason why the job failed.
Raise an incident with the Support providing the following information:
- Company ID:
- Data Center (URL):
- What job is failing?
- Attach at the incident the email recieved with the failed notification
- Are you aware of any change made in the system about the permission for administrator users?
