How to disable "Notify Calibration Rating Changes During Session Finalization" notification?

Reproducing the Issue
The "Notify Calibration Rating Changes During Session Finalization" notification cannot be disabled through > Admin Center > Email Notification Template Settings because this option is grayed out:
Cause
This is the system expected behavior, as this option is grayed out by default.
Resolution
The "Notify Calibration Rating Changes During Session Finalization" notification can be disabled by disabling the option ‘Manager notification with rating changes on session finalization’ under: Admin Center > Manage Calibration Templates > Advanced Tab.
Please note that it needs to be disabled per Calibration Template.
