2279385 - First Name Last Name and other Details not appearing in Onboarding Work Queue - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Users are not able to see the names of the new hire candidates to complete the onboarding process.

Environment

  • Onboarding Work Queue

Reproducing the Issue

  • In the onboarding instance when viewing the work queue for the Onboarding activities the first name, last name, req ID, department, and other details are not appearing in the work queue.

Cause

  • Cache needs to be refreshed.

Resolution

  1. Please open a support ticket for the Cloud Product Support team to refresh the cache.
