2278864 - RCM-ONB Integrations Issue and Fix

Symptom

  • Data is not flowing from RCM to ONB.
  • RCM-ONB Integrations is failing.

Environment

  • Applicable for all DC centres and KMS(Zerolag) Customers

Cause

  • Section A: Data flow did not happen between RCM-ONB.

  • Section B: Data flow happened between RCM-ONB but value is not populated in ONB Panels.

Resolution

Solution for Section A: Data flow did not happen between RCM-ONB.

a)In admin tools-->setup onboarding integration, Field should be mapped and it should be mapped only in one template.(app,req,offer).

b)check the data type of rcm fields in respective templates and also check whether fields mapped properly in RCM-ONB mapping Xml in provisioning.

c)Data Type of RCM fields should match the data type of fields in onboarding(onboarding-data dictionary).

d)Check whether fields added properly under 2 sections in data dictionary(Entities{Applicationinfo,Jobreq,offerinfo}) and in Integrations-RX.

e)check whether data has been inputed in respective templates in RCM.

 Solution for Section B: Data flow happened between RCM-ONB but value is not populated in ONB Panels.

 a)Issue is with respect to key configurations in panels and in data dictionary
