We have seen multiple instance where the customer mentioned that they have enabled the “Document routing notification” settings in admin tools however, they are still not receiving the Email from the system when the job requisition is move to the next steps of approval:
Here is a scenario, which can be the cause of the issue.
Go to Admin center Email Notification Template Settings Document Routing notification:
The screenshot below shows that the notification have been set properly for the “Document Routing Notification” settings:

In spite of proper setting if the users do not get the Requisition Approval routing notification then below is the setting that we might need to consider which can resolve this issue.
Go to Admin Center->Email notification template settings->Document routing step exit notification:
As shown in the below Screenshot:
Choose “Both Step exit and document Routing Notification” from the drop down.
Click “Save changes”, then go to the bottom of the page, and click on “Save Notification Settings”
This would resolve the issue.
