2278276 - ONB Refresh, SuperAdmin, SFTP access - Ticket creation process for Partners

Symptom

  • Data is migrated from Test to Prod or Prod to Test.

 

Environment

  • Onboarding
  • Across all datacenters.

Resolution

  1. Please make sure these requests are raised via partner portal and not through BCP.
  2. The URL for partner portal: https://partners.successfactors.com/Login/Pages/PartnerLogin.aspx
  3. Once looged into partner portal you may create the request for refresh by navigating to Support - Partner cloud Operations - Manage Requests.
  4. If you are LIVE cusotmer, you do not have to follow this process. You may raise BCP cases.
  5. This is strictly for partners during implementation.
