Cannot select the "Undo" option in Upgrade Center for "Enhancement to Gender Values – Inclusion of Additional Gender Values" as the 30 day undo period has expired

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to Admin Center > Upgrade Center > View Recently Completed Upgrades
The 30 day "Undo" period has expired
If you need to remove this feature from your instance after the 30 day undo period has expired, please open a Support Incident to engage with Cloud Product Support.
Cloud Product Support will need to raise a request with oiur Cloud Database Operations team to run a script to remove the extra values.
Please be sure to submit approval for this action when raising the incident with Cloud Product Support.
Please also be aware that if you have assigned any of these 3 values to users in your system, you will need to correct their Gender values in all Personal Information records where the values were 'Unknown', 'Undeclared' or 'Others'. You can run a Person and Employment Export Ad Hoc report on Personal Information data to analyse whether any users Personal Information data is effected. This data clean-up cannot be performed by Cloud Product Support or via any Script. This must be corrected by the customer either via UI correction, or Import.
