2277841 - Ad Hoc or Live Data Report does not respect RBP and Target Population for all available Schemas

Symptom

  • User is able to see other user's data in the report who are not present in the target population of the RBP role assigned to the user.

Environment

  • Ad Hoc Report
  • ORD report based on Live Data

Reproducing the Issue

Create Ad Hoc / ORD report based on Live Data of following schemas:

  • RBP User to Role Report
  • RBP Permission to User Report
  • RBP User to Group Report

User is able to see data of complete organization irrespective of their RBP target population.

Resolution

Currently RBP does not respect the report of following domains and an enhancement request has been raised for the same.

  • RBP User to Role Report
  • RBP Permission to User Report
  • RBP User to Group Report
  • Provisioning setting for SDS do not apply for Talent Pool.

Talent Pool nomination will not be restricted in Adhoc report. This is expected behavior.

Please raise an enhancement request or check the influece page to see if there
