While performing a hire from Manage Pending Hires queue, we recieve the following error and are unable to process any pending hire.

Reproducing the Issue
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Admin Centre > Manage Pending Hires
2. Select 'Hire' for any of the Pending hires under RCM or ONB
3. The following error message is displayed.
This error is due to incorrect HRIS field ID 'primary-flag' used for the primary flag in the mapping template. 'primary-flag' is not a standrd HRIS field/element.
It will require updating/replacing the 'primary-flag' to 'primary_flag' in the ONB/RCM mapping template to resolve the issue.
If, as a customer, you lack access to the mapping templates in provisioning, request you to create an incident referring to this knowledgebase article to have the issue resolved.
