2277619 - Users Do Not Have Access to SAP Jam and Profile Information is Not Updating in SAP Jam


Users granted access to SAP Jam via BizX Admin Center are not able to access SAP Jam and their profile information is not syncing to their SAP Jam profiles


Information between BizX and SAP Jam syncs daily via a nightly Delta job looking for changes in the Employee Data file. If the job owner of the scheduled job in provisioning (Employee Export to CubeTree) does not have the proper permissions (full admin rights), or has been deactivated, employee export permissions, the sync between BizX and SAP Jam will not run.

Please note: Updating Role Based Permissions in BizX may take up to 24 hours to sync. This time may be shorter based on the time the changes were made in the system, and how many jobs are queued in the system.



We highly recommend using a generic Username (SFADMIN, admin, adminsf) that has been granted full permissions and will never be deactivated as opposed to the actual Admin who may eventually leave the company, change their username or be deactivated. Once the username has been deactivated, the sync between SuccessFactors and SAP Jam will cease.
