2277457 - A new agency user is created by the admin.

Symptom

How to notify user that he has added as an agency user by admin.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting - All versions

Resolution

  1. Go To -> Home -> Admin tool-> Email triggers-> New Agency User Alert
  2. Enable the trigger
  3. Select an email template

4. Once we will enable the trigger, user will receive the email.

Below are the few example of supported token in this email:

[[AGENCY_USER]], [[AGENCY_ID]],[[AGENCY_NAME]]​

[[AGENCY_PWD_RESET_URL]]
