Request from Consultants (Implementation teams, Partners, Professional Services) to grant or revoke Provisioning Access.

SuccessFactors Cloud HCM: Provisioning


1. To request for Provisioning Access, Partners must submit a Restricted Access Request (RAR) form via Partner Services Portal in the link given below:

  • If you have any issue accessing the above link, simply login to Partner Portal
  • Click on Support Tab
  • Click on Partner Cloud Operation
  • On Partner Cloud Operations Page, Click on Restricted Access Request as shown below:

2. To revoke Provisioning Access or have any Provisioning Account Issues, Partners must submit a Partner Cloud Operations Request in Partner Portal. See steps below:

  • Login to Partner Portal
  • Click Operation requests
  • Click on Request forms
  • Click on Terminate access request
