Candidates are unable to access the Job Search or Job Listing pages of our RMK site. The candidates are all trying to access these pages from outside of the network and are using multiple browsers and browser versions. The candidates are not seeing any error messages, rather, the pages remains blank.
Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to the career site and click on job search.
Click on any job from job listing page the blank screen will appear will the message to turn on TLS settings as shown below:
TLS is not turned on in the browser option.
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in internet option -> advanced as shown below:
