How to assign approval roles to multiple users?
Learning Management System
- Search for your Approval Process under References -> System Admin -> Approval Process -> Click on Edit icon
- Go the Approval Steps tab -> Provide Step Number and Step Name -> Add
- Click on Edit as shown below:
- Under "Enter User ID" search for the users you want to add in the approval process -> Click on Submit
- Click on "Return to Approval Steps" -> Under Users you will see the list of users you added as shown below:
- Click on Apply Changes. Ensure you do, otherwise the users will not get added.
