When trying to use the following email token on Interview Deletion Notification to the interviewer, it does not pull correct values.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to Recruiting->Interview Scheduling
2. Select a candidate from any interview , Add interviewer and book interview on behalf of candidate
3. Go back to the booked interview and delete the interview by clicking 'x' next to interview
Candidate name tokens are only supposed to resolve when the sender or the recipient is a specific candidate (In some cases it may be a single candidate but the template is designed to target multiple candidates).
When an entire interview is deleted, there are notifications that go to each individual candidate, where the candidate name tokens can not be resolved as we would be deleting an Interview which would contain multiple candidates.
But the notifications that go to the INTERVIEWERS refer to the entire interview, including all candidates, so there is no single specific candidate name to use for the candidate name tokens.
Hence, the Interview Delete Notification email trigger will not resolve any candidate details values. This is expected behaviour.
To resolve candidate names and other candidate specific details, customers need to use the “Candidate Deleted from Interview” email and remove candidates by deleting their card from the scheduled Interview one after another.
If customers want to be sure the "Interview Delete Notification” email doesn’t get fired without no candidate tokens in it, they are advised to turn off that email in admin. Then they can’t delete an entire interview, but they can remove the candidates from it individually with the other email turned on (or they can select multiple candidate cards at a time and one email will be sent to recipients per card deleted) until it’s just an empty interview.
