Unable to find Application Updated By Candidate trigger in Recruiting Email Triggers

Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to Admin Tools -> Recruiting Email Triggers
2. Search for trigger "Application Updated By Candidate"
3. Unable to locate the above trigger
This email trigger will only be visible in the instance if Multistage Application is enabled in provisioning.
Enable the Multistage application in provisioning.
Note: Migrating from Single stage to Multistage application is not an easy task and it will not be done by support. Enabling Multistage also requires changes in requisition and application template and it needs engagement of professional services.
