Can username be non-case sensitive for Single Sing-On and what is the prerequisite to request this functionality?

Since version b1508 it is possible to allow username to be non-case sensitive for SSO connections.
Please contact your Partner or Cloud Product Support if you want to have this functionality available for your company, but please pay attention for the following prerequisite.
- Ensure that are no users (active or inactive) will have same username in case we disable case-sensitive.
You can follow the below steps in order to verify the users:
1. Go to Admin Center
2. Update User Information >> Employee Export
3. Export User File
TIP: A good practice when changing username of incactive users is add "_inactive" in the end (e.g XXXX_inactive)
