In pension plan, the percentage contributions are within range from 1%-9% defined in 'Benefit Pension Statutory Lookup.

By using standard enrollment config UI "BenefitConfigUI" and Contribution rule, we can make Employee (EE) or Employer (ER) % range via pension lookup object.
