Searching for names with special characters in the name (for example the "umlaut" character), you will notice that the system does not return any names allthough the user exist.
Example: ä ö ü Ä Ö Ü ß

The reason for this is that 2 features are not enabled in provisioning:
- "Platform Search"
- "Enable Solr People Search in global head"
- Login to Provisioning
- Select "Company Settings"
- Enable "Platform Search" and "Enable Solr People Search in global head"
After these 2 settings are enabled, you should just be able to search for any name, even names with special characters.
