2266819 - How to add an S-User to the distribution list for SuccessFactors Support alerts

Symptom

S-User is not receiving SuccessFactors Support alerts

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors

Cause

The S-User email address is not on the distribution list for the email alerts

Resolution

  1. Navigate to support.sap.com
  2. Click SuccessFactors: View My Launchpad

    3. Click the User Management tile

    4. The Cloud Administrator selecte the user's profile and then clicks the Authorizations tab
    5. Check the Display Cloud Data authorization
    6. This S-User will now receive the alerts

    Notes:
    - After an S-user has the Display Cloud Data authorization added, it is added to their authorizations the following Monday
    - Removing the Display Cloud Data authorization does not remove the contact from the distribution list. To do so, a user must open a BCP ticket
    - Revoking SAP Support Portal access for a contact does not remove them from the distribution list. To do so, a user must open a BCP ticket
