2266518 - Change Ad Hoc Report Ownership of Inactive Users

Change the ownership of Ad Hoc Reports of inactive users / no longer part of the company.

Since 1508 release of BizX, the Manage Ownership functionality has been introduced which allows to change Ad Hoc report owner for inactive & null users.

• Tool will show all Ad Hoc Reports that do not have an owner or owner is inactive
• Pre-requisite: Ad Hoc Report Builder

1.) Grant the permission to the function via Admin tool > Manage Permission Role > select role > Permission > Manage Dashboards/Reports > Report Admin

2.) Return to Admin Centre > Manage Ownership

• The Tool will show all Ad Hoc Reports that do not have an owner or owner is inactive

• You may now assign a new owner to any of the available Ad Hoc reports
